Steps to Closing

Everyone shows up to the title company to sign the papers.
Our closer will bring the funding check and the closing documentation.

As a borrower you will need to obtain the following before closing and as per our requirements.

Hazard & Wind Insurance coverage on the property, that covers vacant property for longer than 30 days (We will need to review insurance coverage 24 hours in advance before the closing date! See our Insurance Requirements.)
We will need to proof of payment on the insurance policy.
Your cashiers / bank check for the closing cost due. Not a personal check.
Your corporate seal and ID number (If buying under an entity.)
Current valid state drivers license.
