Services Courtesy serviceWe have a service to pull comps for you on investment properties. The cost is $10 per address. These comps will give you an accurate non-biased estimate of what the properties are selling for in that same area. This will help with your determination of market value on an investment property that you want to purchase. As a purchaser of a home through our company you must have insurance coverage that meets our requirements on the property at all times! Builders Risk Insurance with Florida Insurance Planners meets all of our insurance requirements. You can call and ask for Colleen at 407-896-3323 or fax them an insurance form for prompt service to 407-892-2611. Do not forget to include your contact information. We also have an inspection service for investors only. The cost for property inspection is $100 and must be paid at the time of inspection. The property inspector will give you their "opinion" of cost to repair and the after repaired value. They will help you determine the resale value of the property and can give you some ideas of marketing your newly repaired property. We have a chart that will walk you through the closing process. It will help you understand what role each person plays and what you need to do to take control of your closing.
